Come and join us for an adventurous horse-riding holiday you’ll never forget!

Whether you have just two or three days, or a whole week, or something in between, there’s one of our trail riding breaks to suit you. Our small groups are usually made up of between 4-8 riders, and we get lots of riders coming alone, with no single supplement payable, so it is a very relaxed and sociable holiday.

Farm-based holidays include our weekends and mid-week breaks. Our magical Welsh longhouse Blaenau Bach, nestled in the heart of the National Park, becomes your home for the holiday, and you’ll ride out each day, exploring the local Black Mountain trails. These breaks offer plenty of flexibility with horses and routes, plus you’ll enjoy relaxing at the farm after your ride each day.

‘Away’ trails are where we ride off from the yard, and explore further afield, staying overnight at local pubs, inns and bed & breakfasts. They include the Loops, the Triangles, the Explorers, the Mid-Wales Mountain Trail, the National Park Trail, the Llanthony Valley Adventure and the Trans-Wales Trail itself. We bring your luggage along to each stop, and the horses stay overnight too. These breaks offer slightly longer days, longer distances, and a real sense of achievement when we finally ride back to the farm.

Our Explorer rides start with a stay at the farm and one local day riding to ‘warm up’ before heading off on one of the Triangle trails. Then there’s our Mid-Wales Mountain Trail which sees riders exploring the Black Mountain region of the National Park, while our Brecon Beacons National Park Trail focuses on the Beacons region – both of these trails are 5 days riding, 6 nights.

Finally, our epic Trans-Wales Trail takes riders from one side of Wales to the other, finishing at the Irish Sea – it’s an unforgettable world-class ride.
