Hello! Welcome to our Trail Dates for 2026!
As always we’ve put together a mix of weekends, shorter trails, and longer holidays to try to offer something for everyone – but we do remain suitable only for horse riders confident and competent at canter, over uneven ground (ie, outside the arena), on a forward-going horse. Our weight limit is 13 stone, with a bit of flexibility. We can take confident teenagers (12+), but do get in touch to discuss if you have any questions about whether you would enjoy a break with us.
If you’d like a day ride, just get in touch with a few options for dates – we can usually make one work.

TBC – these places are currently on a pencil for someone. Everyone has 10 days to confirm, so this place may well become available – so please let us know if you would like to be waitlisted for any TBC places.

TWT = TRANS WALES TRAILS – our flagship ride right across Wales. If this is fully booked, PLEASE consider a Mid Wales Trail or Brecon Beacons National Park Trail instead. They are truly epic 5 day trail rides, and we guarantee you won’t be disappointed – of course everyone wants to tick off the famous TWT, but the other trails are truly brilliant, and everyone who rides them loves the experience, so please do consider them.

LONGER RIDES
MID-WALES MOUNTAIN TRAIL – arrive Saturday for dinner. Sunday and Monday are local days exploring the Black Mountains, before setting off on the Hay Triangle on Tuesday morning. Tues, Weds and Thurs are spent on the remote far Eastern reaches of the National Park, staying en route at local inns, while your luggage is transported to each stop ahead of you. Return to the farm on Thursday for a final night, before leaving Friday morning after breakfast. 5 day riding, 6 nights accommodation, fully-inclusive – £1995
BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK TRAIL – arrive Saturday for dinner. Sunday and Monday are local days exploring the Black Mountains, before setting off on the Beacons Triangle on Tuesday morning. Tues, Weds and Thurs are spent in the stunning Beacons area of the National Park, staying en route at local inns, while your luggage is transported to each stop ahead of you. Return to the farm on Thursday for a final night, before leaving Friday morning after breakfast. 5 day riding, 6 nights accommodation, fully-inclusive – £1995
TRANS-WALES TRAIL (TWT) – arrive Sat eve, ride locally Sunday, ride Mon/ Tues/ Weds/ Thurs across Wales, leave Friday after breakfast. 5 days riding, 6 nights accommodation, fully-inclusive – £2595.
Single supplements:
Plenty of people come on our holidays by themselves, and solo riders are always very welcome.
If you are happy to stay flexible about sharing with another solo rider (same gender) then there’s no single supplement charge.
If you’d like a room to yourself guaranteed there’s an extra cost of £60 per night, but you’ll need to check that the option of a single room is available.
Payments & Cancellations:
A deposit confirms your place: Weekends & Loops £200/ Triangles and other longer rides £400/ TWT £600.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as soon as you book your holiday with us.
Full payment is due a month before your holiday with us. After that point, the full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable – except if we manage to fill your place, in which case we’ll transfer any payment to a future date. Holiday cancellation insurance will cover you if you need to cancel for illness, injury or in other circumstances (policies may vary). We cannot act as your cancellation insurer.
